After their separation on the iColumn
the ions pass the intelligent conductivity detector
of the 850 Professional IC. The detector transfers the digitized
signal directly to the MagIC Net™
software. Outstanding temperature stability,
a Faraday cage and the latest generation of Digital Signal
Processing (DSP) guarantee highest precision. In addition
to the system parameters there are example chromatograms
for anions and cations stored on the computer chip of the intelligent
detector. These can be used for software validation or for training
tasks.
